Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting HojuTown! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We proudly ship Australia-wide. We are currently not accepting international orders.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders over $120 are shipped FREE*. All other orders have shipping capped at a maximum of $15 per order, with the same shipping rate no matter where you are within Australia.
Standard shipping starts at $3 for smaller items and accessories that fit in a padded envelope
All other products are $5 shipping per item unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times vary depending on location and the courier used (we use multiple couriers to keep delivery charges as low as possible). In some circumstances there will be courier delays that are out of our control, e.g. COVID-19 restrictions.

* FREE Delivery over $120 is only applicable when all items are shipped together.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. Smaller items may not have tracking available.
Damages
HojuTown is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
In some cases (depending on courier used) we may be able to make a claim on your behalf.
If your product(s) have arrived damaged:
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods
Take a photo of the damage containing:
- The packaging,
- The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and
- The damaged item.
Important: These all need to be displayed all in the one photo
