Do you ship internationally?

HojuTown currently ships exclusively within Australia and are unable to offer international shipping via our website.
If you are really interested in getting something sent overseas we may be able to help you, send us an email at hello@hojutown.com.au

Can I pick-up my order?

Currently HojuTown is an online only retailer, however Melbournians should watch this space for future pick up options!

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping starts at $3 for small accessories and items that can be posted in a padded envelope. All other items are posted at $5 each unless otherwise stated.

Total shipping costs are capped at $15, with the same shipping rate no matter where you are in Australia.

Orders over $120 will receive FREE shipping*

Add items to your cart to view the total shipping cost at checkout before you finalise your purchase. 

* Only applicable when all items are shipped together.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable.

Please note, smaller items may not have tracking available.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on location and the courier used (we use multiple couriers to keep delivery charges as low as possible). In some circumstances there will be courier delays that are out of our control, e.g. COVID-19 restrictions.

Do you offer an express shipping option?

We do not currently offer express shipping through out check out.

If you require your order to be express shipped please contact us to receive a quote on additional postage charges.

What if I need to change my order?

If you need to make any changes please contact us ASAP at hello@hojutown.com.au with your request. We would be happy to assist with any orders that have not already been sent.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfer or PayPal only.

Checking out with PayPal allows the use of credit/debit cards without sign-up.

Can I order product(s) as a gift?

Absolutely! What a great idea.

Can I order K-POP albums or products that aren't listed in the online store?

If there is an album or product you would love to see in our store please let us know.

The good news is HojuTown is brand new, so while we currently stock very selected ranges, we are continuing to grow our collection with the ultimate aim to stock the largest range in Australia!

An item is listed as out of stock, when will it be back?

Where possible we have listed an estimated return date on the product page for out of stock items. If there is no return date, please contact us at hello@hojutown.com.au so we can look into this for you.
