Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re looking to return an item, we’re here to help!

We happily offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order where they meet the conditions below.

Can I return my item(s)?

Products are eligible for a store credit or refund to the original payment method where:

  • The item(s) was purchased at full price. The sale of discounted items is final;
  • The item(s) was received in the last 30 days;
  • Item(s) must be unopened/unused with the original tags still attached. Sealed items can only be returned if the seal is intact;
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
    OR
  • Item is faulty

Please note: 

  • Items are no longer eligible for a refund after the 30 days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

RETURNS GUIDE

Please follow the below procedure to complete your return:

STEP 1: Shoot us an email at returns@hojutown.com.au and include: 

  • your order number
  • item(s) to return
  • reason for return

STEP 2: Once you’ve heard back from us and received your returns number, post your return here (make sure to include your return number and keep your tracking number handy):

*Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty/not as described. Any returns received damaged due to insufficient packaging will be ineligible for a refund.

STEP 3: Once we receive your return, we’ll let you know and will process your refund within 48 hours.
