Pre-order delivery date

Pre-order items are shipped out from Melbourne within 1 business day of arrival.

Where possible we will indicate an estimated shipping time frame for pre-order items. Albums are generally received by us 5-10 business days from the release date. These are estimates only and are subject to supplier and shipping delays that are out of our control, therefore we cannot guarantee the shipment date.

Pre-order bonus items

Pre-order bonus items are automatically included in all pre-order sales. This is not guaranteed as it is subject to availability from suppliers. If we receive a smaller quantity of pre-order bonuses than orders received, they will be given to customers from the earliest order dates first.

Pre-order price guarantee 

We continually strive to maintain competitive prices and where possible we will attempt to negotiate better pricing through our suppliers to match competitors.

Pre-order customers are guaranteed to get our best price during the pre-order period. This means that once you have paid for your pre-order, any price drops that may occur before the album release will be automatically passed on to you, through a partial refund of your original payment method.

If for some reason we need to increase our price during the pre-order period, customers who have already paid for their pre-order will not be affected and they will keep their lower price.

Pre-orders and combined shipping

Pre-order items are considered a separate order to other items in your cart. This is because they are shipped separately on a different date, therefore they are not included in-stock items for the purpose of free delivery thresholds. Free delivery will only apply if your pre-order item meets the free delivery threshold on its own.
